Lorrich Timesheet SMS Terms

These terms cover the text messages sent by Lorrich Industries ("Lorrich", "we") through the Lorrich Timesheet system.

What the programme is

Lorrich Timesheet is a two-way messaging service for Lorrich foremen. A foreman texts us to start, and we reply with short questions — which crew and employee, the site, the date, the purchase or work order number, a job description and the regular, overtime and double-time hours — then read the entry back for the foreman to confirm. It sends no marketing or promotional messages.

Who receives messages

Only foremen whose mobile number has been added to the system by the Lorrich office, and who have agreed to receive messages by texting the Lorrich number, (701) 558-9887, and replying YES to the consent message. See how to sign up.

Consent

Agreeing to receive these messages is not a condition of employment or of any purchase, and is not required for anything unrelated to job-time reporting. If you don't want to use text messages, you can report job time by [alternative method, e.g. phone or paper timesheet to the office].

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your jobs. Messages are only sent in reply to messages you send; expect roughly [up to X] messages each time you log an entry.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Lorrich does not charge for the messages.

Cancel

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL and UNSUBSCRIBE also work. You will get one confirmation and nothing further. To sign up again, reply START and then YES to the consent message.

Help

Reply HELP for help, or contact andrew@lorrich.com or (701) 549-3333. To abandon an entry you're partway through without stopping messages, reply RESET.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and mobile device.

Privacy

We use your mobile number and message content only to run the timesheet system. We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page.
