How to sign up for job-time messages
Lorrich Timesheet is the internal timekeeping system used by MILL-WRX Industrial. It allows MILL-WRX foremen to report their crew’s job time by text message.
Foremen report the hours their crew worked, against a site and purchase order, by answering a few short questions by text. Messages are only sent to foremen who request them and only after they reply YES to consent.
Steps
- The Lorrich office adds you. Your name and mobile number are added to the timesheet system. Messages from numbers that haven't been added get one reply asking you to contact the office, and nothing else.
- You text JOIN to (701) 558-9887.
- You get the consent message below, with links to the SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
- You reply YES. The date, time, your number and the exact wording you agreed to are recorded. No job information is accepted from your number until then.
- You get a confirmation and can text START whenever you want to log time.

Stopping and help
- Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. You'll get one confirmation and nothing further. CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL and UNSUBSCRIBE also work.
- Reply START to sign up again. You'll get the consent message and need to reply YES again.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact andrew@lorrich.com or (701) 549-3333.
- Reply RESET to abandon a timesheet entry you're partway through. Entries you've already confirmed aren't affected.
